Supported Networks

Every major fleet card
network. One platform.

BookWorks imports and processes transactions from all major cardlock and fleet fueling networks — with network-specific formatting handled automatically so your billing team doesn't have to manage six separate import processes.

CFN — Commercial Fueling Network

The most widely used fleet fueling network in petroleum wholesale. BookWorks handles CFN transaction imports, authorization rules, per-card pricing, and billing integration natively.

Full transaction import and reconciliation
Per-card and per-fleet pricing overrides
Product and site restriction enforcement
Integrated billing and AR posting

WEX Fleet

WEX fleet card transactions import directly into BookWorks — with support for WEX's extended data fields including odometer, driver ID, and purchase restriction codes.

Full WEX transaction file import
Extended data field support
Driver ID and odometer tracking
WEX-specific pricing configurations

Pacific Pride / Corpay (Fleetcor)

Pacific Pride and Fleetcor transactions are fully supported — including the recently added Fleetcor Card import for Pac Pride and CFN, bringing the latest network formats into BookWorks automatically.

Corpay (Fleetcor) card import — Pac Pride & CFN New
Pacific Pride transaction reconciliation
Multi-site Corpay (Fleetcor) fleet management

Fleet One

Fleet One cardholders are managed in the same BookWorks platform as all other networks — no separate software, no separate billing run, no separate reporting.

Fleet One transaction import
Unified billing with other networks
Per-card pricing flexibility
Combined reporting across all fleets

Fuelman

Fuelman fleet card transactions import and process natively in BookWorks — enabling fuel jobbers serving Fuelman cardholders to consolidate all fleet billing into a single platform alongside every other network.

Fuelman transaction file import
Per-card pricing and restriction rules
Unified billing with all other networks
Combined fleet reporting across networks

Intevacon

Intevacon is the leading proprietary fleet card solution in the industry — used by petroleum marketers who want to automate house charges or run their own branded fleet card network. BookWorks supports Intevacon transaction imports and billing, helping petroleum marketers consolidate all sites and brands into one interface. Intevacon authorizes 300M+ gallons annually across 6,700+ active sites and 230K+ cardholders.

Pricing & Rate Configuration

Every fleet priced
exactly the way you
want it.

CardLock pricing is rarely one-size-fits-all. Different fleets get different rates, different products are priced differently, and rack-based pricing updates need to flow to the cardlock site without manual intervention. BookWorks handles every pricing structure you run.

Per-Card and Per-Fleet Pricing OverridesAssign unique pricing rules to individual cards or entire fleet accounts — contract prices, rack-plus spreads, or fixed rates. Each card can have its own pricing profile independent of the network default.
Price Book Location Type NewA new location type specifically for Price Book has been added — enabling cardlock-specific pricing configurations that are distinct from bulk delivery pricing, with cleaner separation between your pricing structures.
Rack-Based Live Pricing via DTNCardLock prices update automatically from DTN rack data — your fleet customers get current market-based pricing without manual price entry at each site or network.
Surcharge Exempt by Customer UpdatedThe Price List correctly honors per-customer surcharge exempt settings — ensuring fleet accounts with negotiated surcharge-free contracts are never incorrectly charged a fuel surcharge.
Separated Markup & Discount on Price List UpdatedMarkup and discount now appear as distinct line items on the Price List — giving fleet account managers a transparent view of how the final price was built.
Tax-Level Configuration per CardAssign appropriate tax levels to each card — off-road diesel, on-road gasoline, exempt fleets, and agricultural accounts each have correct tax treatment without manual overrides per transaction.

Billing & Accounts Receivable

One billing run.
All networks.
No gaps.

CardLock billing in most operations means running a separate process for each network, then manually consolidating into invoices. In BookWorks, every network's transactions flow into a single billing cycle — one invoice per fleet account, regardless of how many networks they use.

Unified Billing Across All NetworksCFN, WEX, Pacific Pride, Voyager, Fleet One, Fuelman, and Intevacon transactions all bill through a single cycle — one invoice per fleet customer showing all network activity in the period, not four separate invoices.
Advanced CardLock StatementsBookWorks cardlock statements include full transaction detail: date, time, site, card number, vehicle tag, vehicle ID, driver, odometer reading, product, gallons, price, taxes, and fees — with subtotals by card, by vehicle, and by driver. Fleet managers get the data they need for internal cost allocation, mileage tracking, and driver accountability in a single statement — no separate report request, no manual sorting.
Statement — Open AR Invoice TypeA specific invoice format that includes a full list of open Accounts Receivable at the bottom of the invoice — eliminating the need to send a separate statement. Fleet accounts see their current invoice and their entire outstanding balance in one document.
Invoices Designed for Each CustomerCreate invoice designs, layout, and data elements to meet specific customer needs — including odometer readings, cost-per-mile calculations, job numbers, crew numbers, rack price breakdowns, taxes, fees, and margin detail. Every fleet account gets an invoice built to their specification, not a one-size template.
Local & Foreign Transaction ManagementBookWorks reconciles and accurately parses both local transactions (fueled at your own cardlock sites) and foreign transactions (fueled at network partner sites) — correctly attributing costs, fees, and margins, and presenting each on an invoice designed to meet that customer's specific needs.
Inventory Control, Costing & Margin per Cardlock LocationBookWorks tracks fuel inventory, cost of product, and margin at the individual cardlock site level — giving operators a true P&L per site. Know exactly what each location is buying, selling, and netting. Site-level margin visibility drives smarter pricing decisions, identifies underperforming locations, and gives ownership the financial picture across every site in the network.
AR Draft Process with Payment Discounts NewCardLock invoices are part of the unified AR draft process — which now supports payment discounts, enabling early-pay discount programs for fleet accounts without manual credit memos.
Disclaimer on Draft Notices NewA configurable disclaimer now appears at the bottom of all draft notices — for fuel jobbers who need to include payment terms, late fees, or legal language on fleet billing statements.
QR Code Invoices to Customer PortalEvery cardlock invoice includes a QR code that takes fleet managers directly to their WebConnect self-service portal — view transactions, download statements, make payments, without calling your office.
EFT / ACH Collection for Fleet AccountsLarge fleet accounts can be set up for automated EFT/ACH collection — balances draft automatically on the billing date, with NACHA file generation handled natively in the same platform as your other AP/AR workflows.

Statement Download and Period SelectionFleet managers can download statements for any billing period — formatted as PDFs for accounting integration or Excel for their own fleet management analysis.
Card Status and Restriction VisibilityFleet managers see which cards are active, suspended, or restricted — and which product and site restrictions are in place — reducing calls about authorization declines.

Access Control & Card Management

Control what every
card can touch,
buy, and spend.

Fleet fueling abuse is a real cost for your customers — and a real liability for you. BookWorks gives fuel jobbers and fleet managers granular control over what each card can authorize: which products, which sites, which quantities, and which days.

Product Restrictions

Allow or block specific products per card. A construction fleet may be authorized for off-road diesel only. A sales fleet gets gasoline only. Prevent unauthorized product purchases at the point of authorization.

📍
Site Restrictions

Limit cards to specific fueling sites. Regional fleets authorized for local sites only. Out-of-territory transactions are declined automatically — no after-the-fact disputes.

🔢
Quantity & Dollar Limits

Set maximum gallons or dollar amounts per transaction per card. Prevents single-transaction abuse while allowing normal fleet fueling operations to proceed without friction.

📅
Temporal Restrictions

Restrict card activity to business hours, weekdays, or specific date ranges. Seasonal equipment cards that should only be active in summer are easy to configure and enforce.

💡

Integration Note: BookWorks integrates with Ignite Retail Technology Profit Central — enabling petroleum marketers running both cardlock and C-store operations to consolidate fuel transaction data, pricing, and reconciliation across both platforms seamlessly.
