Provide implementation, training and support for enterprise accounting software specializing in petroleum wholesale and retail markets.
The Software Support Technician’s primary responsibilities will be to address technical issues relating to the software application and upgrades. The Software Support Technician will work closely with the development team to provide effective software that is end-user friendly. The Software Support Technician will be responsible for responding to e-mail and telephone support requests and providing corrective measures. Any previous experience with computer support and accounting principles would be beneficial.
